Sessions take place in one-to-one settings as well as in group and business workshops, always within a contained setting where attention is given to pacing, safety, and integration

How I work with breathwork

Breathwork is used as a body-based entry point to work with held tension, stress patterns, and habitual responses stored in the nervous system.
