The 6-Week 1:1 Trajectory

A structured 6-week trajectory of breathwork, body-based work, and coaching - focused on how stress and tension are built up, held, and released in the nervous system and the body.

Change in the nervous system does not happen in a single session. It requires consistent, repeated work over time. This trajectory is built on that principle.

What the work addresses

Chronic stress leaves traces in the nervous system and the body. Breathing becomes shallow, muscle tension increases, and over time these responses become ingrained patterns - affecting sleep, mental clarity, and the ability to recover.

This trajectory works directly with those patterns. Through breathwork and body-based work, tension is released and the nervous system begins to regulate. Through coaching, awareness develops of what drives these patterns - and what is needed to change them.

Structure

Week 1–2 - Stabilisation & Direction

 

The first two sessions focus on assessing breathing patterns, areas of tension, and overall stress load. Breathwork and body-based practices are introduced. An initial intention is set as a guiding direction - flexible, and open to evolving as deeper layers emerge.

Week 3–4 - Working with Held Tension

 

The work deepens. Sessions focus on stored tension in the body and recurring patterns in the nervous system. Coaching supports awareness of what underlies these patterns - habitual reactions, long-standing beliefs, and the ways stress has shaped daily functioning.

Week 5–6 - Integration & Consistency

 

The focus moves to integration. What has shifted in the body and nervous system is brought into daily life. Coaching supports clarity on what has changed, what is still needed, and how to maintain what has been built.

Contraindications

Breathwork and Kundalini are suitable for most people. Contraindications include epilepsy, pregnancy, and heart conditions. If in doubt, please consult your physician.
